In-home consultation — $99
Get an experienced second set of eyes before you sell, donate, or clear out belongings. During the visit, we discuss your goals, walk through the agreed areas, identify items that may deserve further research, and offer initial guidance on what to keep, sell, donate, or pass down.
The visit helps you decide where to start and which next steps make sense. We confirm the appointment length and scope before scheduling.
Additional research and follow-up — quoted separately
If your project needs detailed item research, another visit, or further assistance, we'll discuss the scope and price before additional work begins. The initial consultation does not include unlimited research or a detailed review of every item in an entire home.
Help with a home full of belongings
For downsizing, inherited homes, estates, and helping aging parents. We help you decide what deserves attention first and work through the choices of keeping, selling, donating, or passing things down.
Family decision sessions provide a calm setting to discuss everyone's priorities. Before hiring an estate-sale company, we can also help you identify questions to ask and belongings that deserve a closer look.
Help with a collection
For antiques, vintage pieces, collectibles, furniture, décor, and memorabilia. We help you identify what you have, recognize items that may have current resale interest, and understand how to research realistic market value.
You'll have a clearer sense of what warrants further research before making a decision. Detailed research beyond the initial visit is quoted separately.
Help choosing how to sell
We help you compare online marketplaces, specialty dealers, auction houses, estate sales, consignment, local buyers, and donation. Together, we consider an item's likely demand, selling costs, time, and effort so you can choose a practical option.
The consultation provides selling guidance. Listing items, managing sales, or arranging removal is not included in the $99 consultation fee.
Workshops and educational programs
Friendly, interactive programs for libraries, retirement communities, community organizations, and private groups. Topics include downsizing, inherited belongings, collectibles, researching value, and today's resale market.

Is this a formal appraisal?
The consultation provides practical guidance about belongings and resale options. A formal written appraisal is not included.
Does the consultation include packing or removal?
The consultation covers advice and planning. Packing, heavy lifting, hauling, and cleanout work are not included in the consultation fee.
